Barry's Cougar on Bourbon Street. The Power Tour came through Louisiana on June 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2003. The official stops, however, were the Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans, the Lake Charles Civic Center, and the Red River Raceway in Shreveport.
