Me posing on the new CBR 600 RR, which was not yet available at dealerships but was displayed at the Honda tent. This bad boy has a great power to weight ratio, looks great, and even won the 600 class at Daytona this year. Upon sitting on it, however, I realized just how race focused Handa was in developing it. The riding position puts a lot more weight on the lower clip-on handlebars, and in a relazed position your head is way up above the low fairing to the point where you can see the nose of the bike over the wind screen. I couldn't help thinking how much nicer the ride up to Daytona was on my trusty F2, compared to what it would be like spending 1-1/2 hours straight about the new RR. Still.....neat bike.
