Bob Shay calls Hallandale, Florida home, and came up for the NSRA Nats in Tampa with his orange ‘33 Ford 5-Window Hiboy. It has a 350 engine with a Cadillac air cleaner, orange and white vinyl upholster, and a personalized license plate that says “TOO SHAY” that even has little lights in the letters.
