Bud Verdi took the Best Paint honors for his New Port Richey based 1950 Mercury, which has a 3-inch chopped top, shaved door handles, ‘53 Desoto grill, Ruby Red pearl paint and ‘62 Dodge Lancer hubcaps. The interior is accessible through power doors, and once settled into the Caddy leather seats you have the view of the unique ‘59 Chevy dashboard. It has a 350/350 drivetrain with about 300hp on tap, and is a real show stopper.
