Though most of the interior panels and upholstery had been removed in last month’s installment, there was still much more to be done inside. This month the metal dash pieces were media blasted, and since they’ve never seen the elements were in great shape. The floorboards, however, were held together with fiberglass. New reproduction metal floorboards will replace the swiss cheese metal and fiberglass combination.
