This 1970 Chevy Nova has always been based out of the central Florida area, as Charlie Petill of Avon Park is the 3rd owner, with the 1st and 2nd owners both living in Lakeland. The car had a ground up restoration completed in 2008, and the Sunburst Orange paint with Cragar mags really glistens in the sun. Underneath the cowl hood lies a 4-bolt 350 Chevy bored .060 over, with a steel crank, stainless valves, roller rockers, 2.02 heads, Edelbrock cam, aluminum manifold and 600 cfm carburetor. Other items include a 350 automatic, B&M shifter, and drop spindles with power disc brakes. The fuel pump in one of our wagons went out right near the Fairgrounds on Thursday, and among several great people lending a hand was Charlie Petill. Thanks!
