The PPG Outstanding Paint award went to the flashy 1932 Ford Hiboy belonging to Rich and Cindy Purdie out of Palm Bay, Florida. Obviously it has a gorgeous red base with yellow and orange flames, but it also has a set of Billet Specialties rims (17” front, 20” rear), a tan leather interior, and a small block Chevy under the hood.
