The Outstanding Engine honors were bestowed upon Jay Bernard for his 1969 El Camino SS 396. Jay has owned it since 1989, and the car underwent a 2 year frame off restoration in the early 90’s. It is painted a dark teal Corvette color, and is stationed out of St. Petersburg.
