Howard and Wanda Tarnoff are members of the North Florida Street Rod Association, and own this cool 1949 Plymouth Coupe. It has a hot rodded flathead with finned aluminum heads, 2-2’s carburetion, and a column shifted 3-speed. The exterior is Glacier Blue with a set of Dodge Lancer 4-bar hubcaps which have received a red and white checkerboard pattern, and the interior features brown and blue rolled and pleated upholstery.
