Ed Hale showed up with his 1961 King Midget, which was certainly a forerunner in "environmentally friendly" cars, offering great fuel economy. It is a tiny car with a 9.2 horsepower engine, that certainly puts a smile on the faces of onlookers. I guess that is why it was billed as the "World’s Number One Fun Car" during the manufacturing run from 1946 to 1970.
