Our Under Construction award went to Martin Nielsen for his West Melbourne based 1960 VW Double Cab. It was already looking cool with a nice stance, chrome Porsche rims, white vinyl interior, and a surf board on the roof. There were some primered areas on the otherwise white body, where things were still being “smoothed out”.
