2006 was the first year for the Tom Staggs Memorial Award, honoring not only a good friend, but also an integral part of previous Beach Blasts that passed away. This year’s recipient was the 1968 Dodge Charger belonging to Wanderers club members Peggy and Mike Defrancisco out of Inverness, Florida.
