A Top 50 award at Beach Blast 17 was presented to Benny L. Spence for his 1940 Ford Coupe, which is black with a tan cloth interior. Benny is a member of the Wanderers car club, calls Dunnellon, Florida home, and was parked on the first tennis courts along the winding brick promenade at the International Palms Resort and Conference Center in Cocoa Beach.
