This awesome car is a 1936 Packard Super 12 Dual Cowl Phaeton with a Dietrich body. Owner Mike Flynn Jr. of St. Petersburg said there were only 5 of these built, and he’s had his for about 2 years. It packs a 12-cylinder engine with a 3-speed manual transmission, is painted dark blue with a tan top, and certainly drew lots of looks at the show thanks to its elegant lines, long wheelbase, and rarity. To survive the post Great Depression era marketplace Packard produced some more reasonably priced cars in its Junior lineup, but you can bet the car pictured here went for a premium price to a very wealthy buyer.
