There was a sign displayed with Jimmie and Debbie Hixson’s 1933 Humpmobile Model I Cycle Fender Coupe that said it was restored by Jimmie in honor and memory of Finnis J. Hixson and Mary Frank Hixson Moore. All the body parts and trim are original, though it is now painted white with blue pearl, and red with blue pearl, plus gray with blue pearl on the wheels. Power comes from a 400 cubic inch Chevy engine dressed up with billet accessories, and fitted with an Edelbrock manifold and carb, 2-1/2 inch stainless exhaust system, Walker radiator, and Turbo 350 automatic transmission. Underneath you’ll find a Mustang II front end, and a Lincoln disc brake rear end. This is a rare and cool car, that got lots of looks at the Turkey Run in Daytona.
